I emailed them about my order and, very calmly of course, waited a few days for a reply. They did eventually get back to me, so that’s something, but the response wasn’t exactly helpful. Not the end of the world, obviously, but yeah… annoying

The tracking didn’t update as quickly as I expected, which was a little annoying. But my order still showed up in decent shape, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end...

Logging in works fine, so no major complaints there. But changing my email took way longer than I expected. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely made the whole account setup feel more annoying than it needed to be...

I didn’t expect an exchange to be such a hassle. I had to keep chasing them just to get any update, which was ridiculous. It took way too long for something that should’ve been simple.

The material feels okay overall. It is comfortable to wear, but it is thinner than I expected.

The fabric feels thick and soft, not that cheap scratchy stuff, and the print looks clean even after I washed it once. Shipping was fine too, and the packaging was basic but no complaints there. For once, I feel like I actually got what I paid for. Happy with it and I’d probably buy again.
